Ingredients Required:

  • tur dal - 1/4 cup
  • tamarind - 1 lemon size
  • red chilli - 2
  • dhania - 1
  • channa dal - 1 tsp
  • pepper -
  • grated coconut - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • asafetida - 1 pinch

Recipe Cooking Directions:

1. Cook tur dal in cooker.

2. Fry red chilli, dhania, channadal, pepper, coconut in little oil.

3. Powder them coarsely.

4. Extract tamarind pulp.

5. Boil the pulp, adding turmeric pd, salt, asafoetida. and the fried powder.

6. Then add the cooked mashed dal.

7. When it starts boiling, remove from fire.
