Ingredients Required:
- 400 gms - paneer, cut into cubes
- 2 - medium size onion (paste in mixie)
- 1 tsp - garlic paste
- 2 tbsp- sugar
- 1 tbsp - vinegar
- 2 tsp - tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp - chilli sauce
- 1 tsp - soya sauce
- 1/2 - cucumber, cut in circles
- 1/2 - carrot, cut in circles
- 1/2 - each of red, yellow and green
- capsicums cut into cubes
- 5 to 6 - babycorns
- 1 tea cup - pineapple cubed and soked in sugar syrup for an hour
- 1 1/2 tbsp - cornflour
- 1 pinch - ajinomoto,red chilli powder,sunflower oil/olive oil for cooking,salt to taste

Recipe Cooking Directions:
1. Boil cucumber, carrot, capsicums, babycorns, pineapple to soft (preferably in a microwave).
2. Add sunflower oil/olive oil to non stick pan.
3. Saute the onion, garlic and 1 tsp sugar till slightly browned.
4. Now add the tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and soya sauce and stir till the paste is cooked.
5. Next add all the boiled fruits and veggies along with paneer and 2 cups water.
6. Now add the vinegar and sugar. Let it simmer.
7. Now mix the cornflour in cold water and pour it on the panner while stirring continuously.
8. Once again let it simmer. Sprinkle ajinomoto and mix it well.
9. Serve hot with Fried Rice or Noodles.
